Saba Foundation for Rare Diseases (SFRD) was incorporated in January, 2022 as a not-for-profit, Section 8 Limited Company under Companies Act, 2013.
Donations made from India to SFRD are eligible for tax exemption under Section 80G of Income Tax Act, 1961.
SFRD is also registered with Government of India’s NITI Aayog bearing registration # TS/2025/0811359.
SFRD is registered with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India to undertake Corporate Social Responsibility activities.
